Pastor Liz was called to be our pastor beginning in July of 2017. Some of what drew us together for this time in our faith journey was her passion for social justice and desire to be a part of a community intentional about diversity, and an Open and Affirming congregation.
Pastor Liz has a BA in Peace Studies with an emphasis in Social Justice from Chapman University, and a MDiv from Lexington Theological Seminary. She has also studied with the Center for Faith and Giving of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) and serves as a resource for churches who need help in the areas of stewardship and generosity.
Pastor Liz is married to an ordained minister who serves as an Intentional Interim Minister specializing in churches in conflict. Together they have two children who are the blessing and joy of their lives.
Pastor Liz enjoys meeting our guests and sets a tone of preparing for an welcoming new people into our midst. It is a low pressure atmosphere with an intent of making you feel at home. If you are looking for a church home or just a place to visit for a while, but you need a little more information, please feel free to email or call Pastor Liz.
